Since 2002, BUILDING GREEN – Building Sustainable Environment has been a well-established exhibition for professionals in the fields of sustainability, green buildings, energy-saving technologies in existing and new buildings and the built environment, sustainable transportation and renewable energy sources.
An integrated exhibition
In 2018 DOMΟTEC – Renovating, Building, Energy Saving is taking place on 26 – 29 April at ΜΕΤROPOLITAN EXPO together with BUILDING GREEN – Building Sustainable Environment and MEDWOOD expo, focusing on building, renovating and energy saving solution for homes, stores and hotels. The integrated promotion of the industry and the creation of an information and meeting centre for the whole market remain the major goal of the event.

Building Green Open space
Every day, Building Green Open Space offers access to presentations, case studies, solutions and applications presented at the exhibition regarding sustainability, green building, RES and energy-saving technologies on existing and new buildings and built environment.
Biomass Day
For the last two years, the Hellenic Biomass Association and the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES) co-organize Biomass Day, where a series of lectures by scientists and professionals working in biomass and bioenergy recovery sector is presented. The theme of the conference, which tends to become an annual meeting point for all biomass – bioenergy sectors in Greece, is moving around the exploitation of biomass and bioenergy in contemporary Greek reality and the Bioenergy for Business program for biomass heat production in industry and manufacturing.
International Delegations
One of the main event objectives is to attract investments to Greece and promote exports by attracting international buyers and opening up to foreign markets. For this purpose, international business delegations are organised every year and buyers from abroad are invited.
